About Us
Join Us
Share your insights and experiences with others to help make a difference in their life and career. In the process you will help them succeed, and their success may change their life. This is a volunteer effort where there is no pay, but the rewards are great.
Become a guiding light to someone just starting their career as a graduate of one of our Bridge to Opportunity programs. Share the things you learned that helped you succeed could make a difference in someone's else's life. And by helping them you may change the trajectory of their life and their descendants lives for generations to come. It may bring richness to your life also.
It is not difficult or require any specific expertise. We simply ask our mentors to contact one of our candidates 1-2 times a month to check on them, inspire them, and guide them. Simply showing you care is often meaningful. Guiding them can be life-changing.
Who We Are
Successful people who have learned how to succeed in work and life. We want to share our insights with others to help ensure they get a "head start" in their career and can learn from our experience.
What We Do
We provide mentor-ship to early in career people with disabilities enrolled in one of our Bridge to Opportunity programs. We guide them, encourage them, and support them to grow into their first major employment opportunity.

We will introduce you to potential candidate(s) that fit your preferences in one of our Bridge to Opportunity programs. We ask you to contact them periodically to check in with them, share your insights, and encourage them..

The Bridge to Opportunity Program
We connect mentor volunteers to candidates with disabilities in one of our Bridge to Opportunity programs. These programs provide training, skills, and certification for in-demand professional jobs. Your encouragement and guidance as a mentor could make all the difference for them
